As if parenting wasn't hard enough already, now many Washingtonians and their families are about to embark on online learning "Round 2." Physician parents in particular are juggling greater than ever professional demands during the global pandemic. For physician parents, the stress and upheaval in work patterns and demands is coupled with uncertainty how to help children weather the disruption in schooling and social life. To say parenting during the pandemic is an unparalleled challenge is an understatement.

We are pleased to welcome New York-base pediatrician Dr. Kelly Fradin, author of "Parenting In A Pandemic: How to help your family through COVID-19", to discuss this issue in depth - from a physician's viewpoint.
