Did you know MSDC has a political action committee? DOCPAC has been an important advocacy tool for the Society for years by donating to candidates and causes that support physician issues.

As we enter a new era of political campaigning where candidates often seek public financing and other sources of support, DOCPAC is looking towards the future. The first half of our advocacy forum will be dedicated to discussing the PAC's history and how members see the PAC being most effective in the years to come. The conversation will be led by DOCPAC Chair Dr. Marc Rankin and Treasurer Dr. Byron Cooper.

The second half will be our monthly advocacy forum, where members can discuss with MSDC leadership the political issues of importance to them. MSDC leadership will also share updates on MSDC's advocacy initiatives.
