• CRISP DC will provide a look at the new application, MyDirectives for Clinicians.
• Special guest presenter, Dr. Brian Amy, Chief Medical Officer, Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Administration at DC Health, will discuss the importance of the DC Medical Orders for Scope of Treatment (MOST).
• Following the presentation, CRISP DC and Dr. Amy will host a Q&A discussion.

MyDirectives for Clinicians in the CRISP DC HIE Portal:

• Create legal, digital advance care plans at the point of care – in-person or via telehealth*.
• Upload existing forms to allow access to 1000+ organizations and 14,000+ providers
• Give automatic patient portal access to view, manage, and share forms.
• Access automatic tracking and reporting for billing, QI/QA, and compliance.
