Join your friends and colleagues for a celebration at the 2022 MSDC Annual Meeting. This year's annual meeting will once again be in-person and full of opportunities to connect with your colleagues!
We are delighted to host live a DC tradition older than the cherry blossoms and Washington Monument - the annual gathering of members. Join us as we inaugurate 2022-2023 MSDC President Dr. Susanne Bathgate and hear from current MSDC President Dr. Kirstiaan Nevin all of the great work your medical society has done this year to support you. We even have a few special VIP guests scheduled to join us, like the DC Health leadership, Council Chair Phil Mendelson, and special guest Councilmember Mary Cheh.
This year's meeting will again take place at the AIA Event Center, steps away from historic DC landmarks. The meeting will begin at 6 PM with networking and reconnecting, followed by a short business meeting and closing reception.
Councilmember Mary Cheh to Speak at MSDC's 2022 Annual Meeting
Join us in thanking DC Councilmember Mary Cheh at the Annual Meeting. She will be recognized as an honored guest and address the DC physician community during the Business Meeting.
Attend the 1st Annual Meeting of the Early Career Physicians Section
MSDC’s Early Career Physicians Section will be hosting its very first annual meeting at the event! There will be leadership and networking opportunities
for students, trainees, and early career physicians to weigh in on policy discussion and strategic planning. The ECPS Annual Meeting will take place directly after the Business Meeting. There is no additional fee to attend that meeting, but you must
register for the MSDC Annual Meeting.
The Silent Auction, benefitting the Healthy Physician Foundation, just added some special items: a luxury facial, tickets to a Capital One Arena event, and a Women in Medicine inspiration
package. This is in addition to other wellbeing experiences and medical memorabilia that will support a good cause. View the auction and bid here.
Also new this year is the "Connecting Care with CRISP DC" experience. Learn how CRISP DC can help you and your patients receive the best care plus see what new features they can offer physicians.
Registration rates:
Member - $120
Guest(s) of a Member - $60 each ticket (must be registered when Member registers)
Non-Members - $180
Students/Residents/Fellows - $20 (guests $14 each)
If you would like to attend the MSDC business meeting virtually (no in person attendance), there will be a no-cost virtual ticket for members to purchase. This will allow you to see the President's speech, special guest recognition, and inauguration of Dr. Bathgate from your desktop or mobile device.
Sincerely,
The 2022 Annual Meeting Host Committee
