Share your stories and have a direct impact on policy during MSDC's first Council Visit Day.
MSDC members, physicians, and medical students are invited to join us in the Wilson Building for a day of in-person meetings with members of the DC Council and staff. Groups of participants will meet with relevant Council officers to discuss key physician issues impacting the community in DC (like prior auth reform).
MSDC staff will handle the details, you will show up at the appropriate time and join your group to meet with your Councilmembers and staff. We will also have a training session the day prior (register here) so you are ready for your meetings.
The event will take place between 9 and 4 BUT you will have the opportunity to sign up for specific meetings at specific times. Your registration today will be to indicate your interest in attending; specific dates and times will be available about 3 weeks prior to this event. Attendees will also have the opportunity to witness a DC Council legislative meeting in person (or be in the room where it happens if you prefer).
Join your colleagues in making a difference for your practice and your patients.
